  Failed to respond to emails and rude to deal with. As a prospective tenant with impeccable references and rental history, if this is how all are treated, I would advise investment property owners to steer clear of CCPE. In a declining market with vacancies on the rise, I was expecting a lot better service than was received- after all, you are providing a service.
